Bob Kritzer

Secretary & Treasurer, Director of Finance & Administration ​

Bob has worked at Harold Beck & Sons, Inc. since 1991 in various capacities and currently oversees corporate matters, accounting, human resources and information technology. Since 2004, Bob has also co-led the expansion of Beck into international markets with primary responsibilities being sales channel and customer development. This included the establishment of our Rep Office in China and our 100% owned subsidiary India, as well as the management of independent agents in 9 other countries.

Prior to working at Beck, Bob worked at McLean Engineering in Princeton Junction, NJ, a manufacturer of cooling equipment for mainframe computers for 7 years. Bob worked in production planning, inside sales and production management roles. Since 2016, Bob sits on the Board of Directors at the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia. Prior to that, Bob was a member of the Advisory Board for several years due to his international business experience and knowledge of product introduction to new markets. Bob has been a Director and Board Member at Beck’s Indian Subsidiary, Beck Actuators India, PVT LTD. since its establishment in 2017. Bob has a BS in Quantitative Business Analysis (‘84) from Penn State University and an MBA in Finance (‘90) from Rutgers University.
