| WTCGP Member Succeeds in Romania Carole and Bill Boyer have recently returned from Bucharest, Romania. While there Global Trading Partners signed a major contract with a Romanian Company for “Made in the USA” nutraceutical products to package bulk vitamins in Romania. The company will package, market and sell these products in Eastern Europe. Additionally, Global Trading Partners plans to negotiate products for their current European and Russian clients to be packaged in Romania to reduce costs. This fruitful relationship with Romania started when Joanna Savvides, President of the WTCGP, introduced Carole Boyer of Global Trading Partners to Dana Seiciu, Director of the World Trade Center, Bucharest via email and phone. From April 6-8, 2005, Global Trading Partners attended Romanian Municipalities Association (AMR) General Assembly at Iasi (Romania). There Global Trading Partners signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a security company. In June 2005, Global Trading Partners EU, S.R.L. was incorporated in Bucharest, Romania. Currently, Global Trading Partners NA, Inc. is working closely with the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia and World Trade Center of Bucharest on various projects, including negotiations for another major security contract in Romania. The World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia is planning a trade mission to Romania, Serbia and Turkey in late September 2006.
