Pioneer Research of Moorestown, NJ, produces a line of marine and outdoor gear, including underwater cameras for use by deep sea divers. Its latest lightweight model made the cover of the Time magazine, with half page coverage inside, as one of the “most amazing inventions of 2005.” This great publicity resulted in television coverage on CNN with Bjorn Harms, Vice President of Pioneer, demonstrating its use in a fish tank, as well as coverage on other programs.

Pioneer was awarded WTCGP Member of the Year in 2004 for New Jersey. With the assistance of the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia, they have found many new markets for their cameras. Mr. Harms is elated with this great publicity, which will facilitate worldwide expansion.
