FEATURED STORY

How Will the New HTS 2007 Affect You?

Since January 1, 1989, when the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) became effective, the document has been revised three times: in 1992, 1996, and 2002. Important Changes in International Travel Requirements

Beginning January 23, 2007, in order to enter or re-enter the United States all persons (including U.S. citizens), traveling by air from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to have a passport (unless traveling with a U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document or Air NEXUS card).
