| New Orleans to Host the 2007 WTCA General Assembly Held annually, World Trade Centers Association’s General Assembly provides WTCA members a unique opportunity to meet their counterparts and potential business partners from around the globe, learn more about the WTCA and also discover a new part of the world. This year, the WTCA General Assembly will take place in New Orleans from October 21-24. “For all of us, the [2007 WTCA] General Assembly is special,” said Guy F. Tozzoli, president, World Trade Centers Association. “Not only because of the wonderful setting, but because of the very interesting program in store for you.” The WTCA and WTC of New Orleans have invited distinguished international speakers to present on stimulating topics at a variety of workshops and other sessions. Interested companies can take advantage of matchmaking meetings with Louisiana companies from the following sectors: construction / building materials / environmental; real estate development; agriculture / food / seafood; and transportation / logistics. In addition, attendees will have ample opportunities to enjoy the sights and sounds of New Orleans as part of the entertainment program (See full General Assembly agenda). Registration Fee: $750.00 (includes one way airport transfer upon arrival (approximately 12 miles from hotel); food and beverage at sponsored activities; conference admission; and city tour). Room rates for the Astor Crowne Plaza: single room: $185 per night; double room: $185 per night; additional person - $20 per night.
