About the Latin American Trade Development Program (LATD)
The mission of the WTCGP Latin American Trade Development Program, funded in part by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Community and Economic Development, is to increase the number of Southeastern Pennsylvania companies exporting their products and services to Latin American markets. The WTCGP will implement the LATD Program in five stages: participant selection; market research, selection and entry strategy; education and training; trade mission and trade shows; and follow-up.
Who can participate?
Small and medium-sized Pennsylvania companies in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
The WTCGP is seeking a minimum of 30 companies to participate in the Program. These businesses are to be chosen through an export-readiness assessment process. If your company, located in the 5-county Philadelphia region, is seeking new business opportunities in Latin America and would like to be considered for the WTCGP LATD Program or join us at one of our Latin American trade missions, please contact Andrea Townrow.
