The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) was ranked ranked among the country’s finest in the 2016-17 U.S. News & World Report's Honor Roll of Best Children’s Hospitals once again. Eight of CHOP’s clinical programs ranked within the top three nationally in each of the ten specialty areas evaluated in the U.S. News survey.  CHOP was ranked second overall on the Honor Roll and is the only pediatric hospital in the tri-state region named to the prestigious list.
