Graduate programs surge in ‘U.S. News’ rankings

Highlights for Temple in the latest annual edition of Best Graduate Schools, released Tuesday, include the continued ascent of the Fox School of Business’ full-time MBA program (up to a record high of No. 32 in the nation); the Fox School’s part-time MBA (up to No. 7, also a record); the College of Engineering (up 10 spots to an all-time high); and the College of Education’s graduate programs (up to No. 48). Four individual programs at the Beasley School of Law were ranked in the top 15.

The Fox School of Business broke into uncharted territory in the latest U.S. News rankings of graduate programs. Fox’s flagship full-time MBA program, the Global MBA, vaulted to an all-time high rank of No. 32 in the 2018 edition, up from No. 41 in the 2017 edition. That represents the biggest annual increase in the program’s history and is 26 spots higher than the Global MBA’s rank in the 2014 edition...
