As the new President of the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia, I welcome you to our website.  With over 25 years experience in international trade and trade finance, I have spent the better part of my career helping companies succeed in the international marketplace.   I am pleased and honored to join the experienced team at the WTGCP in assisting companies in the Greater Philadelphia region access the trade and financial tools they need to break into or expand in promising world markets.  To our current and future members, I invite you to use our website to access the diverse resources – the individual counseling, programs and events – available to you to accomplish this.  I encourage you to consider the WTCGP as your strategic partner in growing your global business.

As a licensed and certified member of the World Trade Centers Association in New York, the WTCGP puts you in touch with the global services of a worldwide network of over 330 World Trade Centers in over 90 countries, representing more than 750,000 member companies.

The heart of our program is our highly qualified and experienced staff, who cumulatively have over 130 years of international business experience and speak eight languages. They provide professional support, including one-on-one counseling services, to assist companies in identifying market opportunities, developing plans of action and ultimately expanding business worldwide.  Our record is a good one –in 2008, we helped generate some $73 million in incremental global sales for Pennsylvania and New Jersey companies.  For this reason, we have been selected to serve as a regional export representative for Southeastern Pennsylvania companies under the state’s international trade development program for the Department of Community and Economic Development.  You may read about some of our companies’ past “Success Stories” on our website.
