Steven Scott Bradley is the President & Founder of Bradley & Bradley Associates, LLC, which specializes in commercial insurance and risk management services. His company, started in 2001, is based in Center City, Philadelphia. Steven’s clients include some of the city’s most prominent businesses as well as small companies. His core belief is that relationships are the no. 1 priority.

Steven has made relationships and personal commitment, trust, humility, and hard work his philosophy since he was a teen. He turned the temporary setback of being cut form his high school basketball team into a life-altering dedication to excellence and applying himself 110 percent in whatever he endeavored to do. He was rewarded with a scholarship from Fisk University, the renowned HBCU founded in 1866 in Nashville. In 1930, Fisk was the first African-American institution to gain accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.​

Steven built Bradley & Bradley Associates, LLC, into a successful business the old- fashioned way, with hard work, perseverance, and business development goals that also focused on lifting up others. Passionate about the Philadelphia community, Steven is generous with is time and innovative thinking, serving as Chair of the African American Chamber of Commerce, and leading with the imperative of community-building – attacking issues of poverty, good quality education and equal opportunity – as integral to building a thriving business community that advances African Americans.

A widely recognized community leader in the city, Steven was invited to join Philadelphia city Leaders on trade missions to China, South Korea, the United Kingdom and Israel. During that 2017 trade mission to China, the delegation of leaders successfully entered into agreements with three Chinese companies to develop a presence in the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, creating jobs and an expanded tax base.

Steven serves on the boards of several organizations, including the Philadelphia Foundation, Frontiers International (President Emeritus), the Philadelphia Airport, the Greater Philadelphia Leadership Exchange (GPLEX), WHYY Public Radio and TV, the Philadelphia Ballet, the First African Baptist Church, World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia (Vice Chairman) as well as several commissions. Among his numerous recognitions are most recently the Philly Power 100 Award and The Philadelphia Tribune Most Influential African American Leaders award. Steven was also elected to the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Soccer 2026.
