WTCGP Breakfast Around the Region "Business Opportunities in Poland" - November 17, 2005

Close to 40 people attended the WTCGP Breakfast Around the Region in November, held at Pennoni Associates Inc. in Philadelphia. Zbigniew Kubacki, Minister Counselor, Embassy of Poland in Washington D.C. - Economic & Commercial Section; Windham Loopesko, W.E. Loopesko & Associates; Tomasz Wlostowski, White & Case, LLP, reported on business opportunities emerging in this Central European country after its entry into the European Union on May 1, 2004. They addressed factors that are critical for Americans to be successful in setting up business operations with Poles such as: legal framework, business environment, industries with the largest potential for American companies, and in-country assistance available for U.S. companies in Poland.
