Registrations for Events may be cancelled up to 48 Hours before the Event. Cancellations within the permitted time period will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded.
Cancellations of membership subscriptions will be made on a prorated basis. Membership dues are normally for 12 month periods.
Cancelling membership, for example, in the fifth month will result in a refund of 7/12 of dues received.
Refund requests arising from special circumstances may be made to the Chief Financial Officer by calling 215-586-4245.
