With the assistance of a market access grant from the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania Office of International Business Development (OIBD), Bernard Williams, Director of Sales for Prime Technologies, West Chester was able to participate in the state’s trade mission to London, England and Dublin, Ireland in May of 2005. As a result of a series of one-on-one meetings with potential distributors in those cities, arranged by OIBD and the US Department of Commerce, Prime Technologies was able to choose a local partner. The company signed a formal distribution agreement with Cooper Engineering, headquatered in Rostrevor, Northern Ireland. Under the terms of this agreement, Cooper Engineering will provide distribution and support services for the Prime Technologies range of calibration management software solutions throughout Ireland and the UK.
