WTCGP CEO China Operations Club Summer Social - July 27, 2006

Members of the CEOs China Operations Club gathered on July 27 to celebrate another year of successful business operations in China. WTCGP President Joanna Savvides welcomed members and recapped the year for the club, welcoming any suggestions for program development. Stephen Ching Jr. of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, who kindly held the catered social in their beautiful Center City office, also welcomed guests and spoke of his experiences in China. Over 20 people, among them representatives of such companies as Devon International Group, LCR Electronics, Inc., M&C Specialties Co., AMETEK Drexelbrook, Metal Edge International, Inc. and Lasko Products, Inc., attended the event. The attendees enjoyed a delicious array of Asian inspired hors d’oeuvres throughout the evening.  Dr. John A. Bennett of Devon International Group kindly shared wines from his personal cellar with the group and Stephen Ching Jr. of Obermayer graciously donated Tsingtao Chinese beer.
